3 Bedroom 2 Bath with parking for4-5 cars and just a few steps to the entrance for easy loading & unloading!

Bedroom- King Bed, Kitchen, Great Room, Dining Room, Bathroom, Upper Deck.
Lower Level- Bedroom 2- King Bed, Bedroom 3- Full over Queen-sized Bunk, Living Room, Laundry room with Washer & Dryer, Game Area & Access to Lower Oversized deck with dining for 8 + Outdoor sofa sectional overlooking private dock w/Lake Access..
Guest access:
Guests have access to the entire property & private dock with lake access (except the locked bathroom closet & storage locker for the cleaning crew)
Other things to note:
*You will need to provide your own propane for the gas grill
** Please, no confetti or glitter in the property… this will result in an extra cleaning fee : / & please remove any tape from surfaces before checking out if used for decor.
Loved our stay at Tiphanie’s. Found the place through TikTok and it was perfect for my Love Island themed birthday weekend. Though just a weekend stay Tiphanie reached out to make sure everything was good and that we were enjoying ourselves. She also recommended places we could visit around the area. We stayed in the “Villa” the whole time as they do on the show but there are restaurants and shops not too far away. Don’t hesitate to book!
This place was so cute! Looked exactly like the pictures and is a girl’s dream! I have no doubt in the summer it’s even better with access to the lake!
I brought my family here for Christmas this year and we had a blast! I absolutely LOVED the “Love Island” theme which was the top reason why I booked it. My daughters absolutely loved it. It looks exactly like the photos and was nice and clean. All instructions were clear and she responded very promptly. I’d definitely book here again. We’re already looking for another reason to come back.
This is my second stay at Tiphanie’s home, and it was perfect once again! I brought my daughter and some of her friends for her 17th birthday. The girls loved all the Love Island touches, the karaoke machine, and the Pac-Man game. Tiphanie has thought of everything when it comes to decor, bathroom amenities, and personal touches. We will definitely be back!
Beautiful home. The decor was amazing, lake view was spectacular and it was very peaceful and quiet. Loved that it had a Tesla charger as I was worried about finding one in the area. Overall, one of the best properties we have stayed at
Quite possibly the perfect house for a girls’ weekend! My friends and I loved all the Love Island decor, and Tiphanie included little touches that made our stay so comfortable. I’ve already rebooked to bring my daughter back for her birthday next month, and I can’t wait to be back there!
This Airbnb experience was absolutely perfect. From the super responsive host to the completely stocked house - there was nothing we were left needing or wanting. I’ve already had friends ask for the link to book their stay! Would recommend 100%!!
We had a blast! First of all the vibe is everything… I looked at a lot of other rentals but this one just popped! We were a group of 6 and 2 of them are kids so having a split level design was literal perfection for us. It was HOT- but the lake was the perfect way to cool off. We rented a pontoon from the place the host recommended and it was a wonderful time. If lake of the Ozarks is your destination, do not think twice about booking this gorgeous place!
