I brought my family here for Christmas this year and we had a blast! I absolutely LOVED the “Love Island” theme which was the top reason why I booked it. My daughters absolutely loved it. It looks exactly like the photos and was nice and clean. All instructions were clear and she responded very promptly. I’d definitely book here again. We’re already looking for another reason to come back.

This is my second stay at Tiphanie’s home, and it was perfect once again! I brought my daughter and some of her friends for her 17th birthday. The girls loved all the Love Island touches, the karaoke machine, and the Pac-Man game. Tiphanie has thought of everything when it comes to decor, bathroom amenities, and personal touches. We will definitely be back!

Loved our stay at Tiphanie’s. Found the place through TikTok and it was perfect for my Love Island themed birthday weekend. Though just a weekend stay Tiphanie reached out to make sure everything was good and that we were enjoying ourselves. She also recommended places we could visit around the area. We stayed in the “Villa” the whole time as they do on the show but there are restaurants and shops not too far away. Don’t hesitate to book!

I have been spending a couple days at the lake for the past few years. Every year I go to Springfield to visit my mother and every year I am drawn to the lake. I always get an AIR BNB and this location has been by far the best host I have had. We always do a lot of cooking while we are at the lake and this host was more suited than any others when it comes to kitchenware minus a few minor things that would have made it exceptional. The house was bright, vibrant and welcoming. Also quite unique as in the decor. We all loved it....we had dinners on the dock and watched the sunset from the bar top railing from the top deck. I appreciate everything this host has done to make this location feel like we were at home.

Had a great time at The Palm. The Love Island theme was perfect for our moms & girls trip! Beds were comfy, house was clean, and had plenty of needed supplies. We loved the cove location, and the table & chairs and swinging seating on dock. There was a small lily pad, and numerous other floats for guest use on the dock! Tiphanie was communicative and helpful at all times! Would be happy to visit again!

Tiphanie’s place was absolutely amazing! It was clean, bright, decorated beautifully, and had everything you would need for a weekend getaway. The location was private but within 10 minutes of all the local hot spots. The neighbors were also very welcoming and friendly. Tiphanie goes above and beyond for her guests. We will definitely be returning!

Tiphanie the host was helpful & stayed in contact! She made it very easy to know exactly how to get to the house, how to leave it, & things to do around the house! The house was beautiful & right on the lake. If I have to plan another bachelorette I will choose this house again, the bride so so happy with the house! Since it is right on the lake it does take about 15-20 mins to get to the restaurants & strip but staying right on the lake is worth it. We were very happy with our stay!
