"The Cabana at Topsider" is a BRAND NEW 3-bedroom 3-bath condo that's been thoughtfully designed to provide the most memorable experience for you and your favorite people.
Bedrooms 1 and 2 are both equipped with King-Size beds.
Bedroom 3 is equipped with 2 sets of bunk beds—making a total of 4. Twin over full & twin over twin.
And of course, every single room is themed to absolute perfection. (WARNING: Expect to argue over which room you're going to call dibs on ; )
As you enter the living area, you'll notice the most perfect pink couch and decked-out walls so all the gals can get the perfect photo opps.
Want to unwind outside a bit? Then you are going to Love Love Love the lakeside resort area in the back. I've purposely chosen a unit that's closet to all the amenities, meaning minimal steps to lakeside fun in the sun, where not only is there TWO of the ultimate pool and deck set-ups, but there is also a fitness center, fire pits & more! *opening Memorial Day Weekend
Even if you're not in the mood to take a dip, I've outfitted the back patio with lounging options & a bar height outdoor dining table to boat watch, play games, have cocktails & enjoy the most beautiful sunsets.

* Please, no confetti or glitter in the property… this will result in an extra cleaning fee : / & please remove any tape from surfaces before checking out if used for decor.
*The Topsider Condominiums are a new complex with construction still taking place so there may be work being done outside at times, but should not affect your stay~
The Cabanas was actually a good bit larger than I was expecting in terms of the living, dining, kitchen area so that was a nice surprise! The decor was ADORABLE and right on theme for my Mermaids and Matrimony Bach Party. Tiphanie definitely knows how to cater to her audience. The space was well decorated with great spots for photos.
This Airbnb was absolutely perfect for a bachelorette party! The pictures don’t do this place justice on how cute and girly it is!! We had the absolute best time and would recommend this place over and over!
The Cabana at Topsider was an absolute perfect location for my daughter's bachelorette weekend! The décor is absolutely beautiful! Each bedroom had its own bathroom, which was perfect for 5 women. The host reached out prior to our visit and continued to check on us, during our stay. We will definitely be back!
We loved our stay at The Cabana. The unit is just as pictured. She did a great job with the decor—so many fun details. The Cabana was spotless, and Tiphanie provided every amenity I could think of & was prompt when responding to questions. We enjoyed our time at the pool, and the location is central to Osage Beach. I would 100% recommend.
Tiphanie’s place is the PERFECT stay for a girls trip/bachelorette. Everything is clean and new. She has amazing recommendations + her own phone app you can download for more info! She recommended working with Curated by Destiny for our Bach party decor and Tiphanie had the flexibility to allow Destiny to come early to set the whole place up for us! We booked a sunset cruise that picked us up at the dock right outside the condo. We also booked a poolside yoga session at the condo. Everything was absolutely perfect for my bride’s bachelorette party and I would 100% recommend to book your stay here. It was within a 15 min drive of everywhere we wanted to go. Condo also has everything you need to cook if you’re wanting to stay in to maximize time at the beautiful pools! Pools were not ever crowded when we were there. Tiphanie even has a cooler you can take down to the pool along with pool specific towels so you do not need to bring your own! 10/10 I can’t say enough nice things!
Our bachelorette group absolutely loved our stay at The Cabana at Topsider! From the beginning, Tiphanie was super responsive and helpful when it came to all of our questions! The condo is in a perfect location and has beautiful on-site amenities. The beds were super comfy, the kitchen/bathroom/utility closets were all fully stocked & the decor was STUNNING. 10/10 would stay here again!!
This place was an absolutely gem! The pictures were spot on but it’s so much better in person! It was the exact aesthetic you want for a girls trip! We traveled with two mom, three teenage girls, and a baby and it was the easiest travel. The condo is huge, the pools and entire grounds were very well maintained and so much fun! I loved that it wasn’t overly crowded but even with crowds there was so much space at the pool. I told all my girlfriends that I am bringing them back for an adult girl trip but this location is 100% family friendly. 10/10 recommend this entire experience! The communication alone was gold!!! I can’t say enough great things about our stay!
This condo was the perfect place for our group of 9 to celebrate a 50th birthday. Everyone raved about how nice and well decorated the place was. It was spacious, had everything we needed, and we loved the easy walk to the pool. The pool was not at all crowded during our stay, and there was also plenty of parking. We would definitely recommend this condo to a family or group of ladies looking for a nice place to stay!
